Year 12 students at St Edward’s College in East Gosford, NSW, enjoy watching the From Paddock to Plate milk virtual excursion, discussing numerous dairy topics, answering questions about the industry and eating delicious milk ice blocks.

Oranges are the new black 16th March, 2016

As I poked my head around the edge of the door to watch the lucky recipients with their recently acquired afternoon tea, I saw one person holding an orange to his nose breathing in its aroma. Another was leaning over to stop the juice from staining her shirt, following the trail that was now quickly streaming down her arm.
